Can someone identify the waxiest potato variety that I will be able to get regularly? Seasonal would be Ok, too. I miss the extra waxy potatoes i used to eat in England and am not sure if I just haven't found them here, or if they arent available. I'm sick of those big white floury things.
Also interested in what your favourite potato type is. Should I be paying more for those Yukon golds I always see in the produce section?
