Water Convolvulous Recipe

Can any Chowhounds help out with a recipe for stir fried water convolvulous?

In Taiwan cooking it is stirfried in a little oil after adding garlic, and sometimes chilli.

The taste we are looking for is from Indonesian and Thai cooking and adds fish paste and ??? When, how???

In Indonesian cookery the vegetable is Kangkung, Chinese Kong Xing Cai, Thai???.
