I'm looking for a restaurant where I can have an authentic Washoku experience in Los Angeles. I know that some places are in Gardena, but that's pretty far to travel, so I'm hoping that between Little Tokyo and the Westside there might be some recommendations (preferably on the Eastside!) Previous posts on this subject have recommended some restaurants that are now closed. Also, any advice on how and what to order would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!
