I lived in Wasco many, many years ago and a restaurant on the highway into town served a wonderful burrito that was shredded beef in a rich, brown sauce. I have searched high and low for a recipe for this and haven't even found this burrito in other restaurants until I went to a Mexican restaurant in Kaiserslautern, Germany this year.
