Well, this past week has been warm here---but with some rain, a little spring a little summer! I thought it would be nice to start a new thread. I'm working on getting my garden in and thinking of what I want to grow to eat!
This week I made a vegan taco Veracruz, with oyster mushrooms, capers, olives, and a lot of spice! All kinds of yummy Mexican foods to celebrate cinco de mayo.
What seasonal produce is calling your name? I've been eating loads of mushrooms, asparagus, and fresh greens.
