Can I get a vote? Lower the temp for dark bundt pans?

Birmingham | Jun 11, 201108:24 AM     8

From Joy of Baking.com: "Also, if you are using a dark colored bundt pan, reduce the oven temperature to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Dark colored pans absorb more of the energy coming from the oven walls so the pan becomes hotter and transmits heat faster than light colored pans. Reducing the oven temperature slightly will help compensate for this."

Now the Nordicware web site says none of this, nor did the packaging for my "Pro Cast Original Bundt Pan." You would think if the lower temp was necessary, they'd tell you.

What's your opinion?
