Has anyone tried this? I looked at the two recent big chocolate threads from March and didn't see it mentioned in either (or any Vosges, for that matter). Anyhow, was in a store yesterday, was intrigued and bought it. It's really, really good. Great deep chocolate flavor with a nice chile kick that sets in at about 15 seconds.
The label describes it as:
Red Fire Bar
Mexican ancho y chipotle chili peppers, Ceylon cinnamon and dark chocolate. 55% cacao.
They also have a new one, (according to their website), called Oaxaca Bar, which has guajillo and pasilla chilis. That one is 75% cacao. Gotta try that one next.
