Vodka Martinis?

Toadberry | Dec 23, 2007 09:01 AM

Yeah, I know exactly how the purists feel about them, but I'm a girl who likes girly drinks. In general good vodka with the combination of something fruity makes me happy, but I don't like the overly sweet stuff. A friend and I invented one that is surprisingly pleasant. Here is the recipe:

Fuzzy Devil

1.5 oz Vodka
0.5 oz Pear Juice
0.5 oz Elderberry Flower Concentrate.

Combine everything into a martini shaker with ice and shake and serve.

The elderberry stuff can be found in various herbal stores, but I get mine from IKEA.

I've been trying to come up with other combinations since, but no success. I wonder if anyone else has any secret or home invented recipes, other than the usual apple martinis and what you can find in the usual books.

Merry Xmas.
