VitaMix - Liquid diet ideas (smoothies, juices, protein powders, etc.)

In trying to be healthier, I'd like to utilize our new VitaMix a little better. Any tips on how what you all use to power pack your smoothies or juices? A few things to keep in mind:
-Not a fan of chocolate or bananas or oatmeal
-Suggestions for protein powder mixes that don't taste chalky or off-putting
-Willing to try new fruit and/or veggie ideas
-Looking to supplement at least 2 meals a day with these concoctions
