I've been to Vish twice now, and it's been excellent: hummus is very different from Dizengoff, a little bit thinner, perhaps?, but very tasty if a bit undersalted (quick fix: add salt). I've had the "Complete Vish" both times, a plate of hummus, fava beans, chick peas, hard boiled egg, tahini. $10.95 for a nice-size plate, with free olive and pickle bowls and nice, thick, fluffy pita.
I've heard that they give you free refills of hummus and lemonade, and they offer free Turkish coffee, but I was so full after eating that I couldn't test it. Easily believable, though, as the owner might be one of the five nicest people I've ever met: after I gave them my card, he came over to tell me that they're cash-only, but that if I didn't have the cash it'd be ok, I could get them back next time I visited. They're trying hard to be a real neighborhood place, and with the quality of their product combined with their sunny, neighborly attitude, I can only imagine that they'll succeed.
