Hadn't been here for years, had a craving for old-school Italian, thought why not. Well, this is why not:
Bread - Wonder Bread with a crust
Calamari Fritti - like giant soggy bouncy french fries - not crisp at all, but they were tender
Caesar Salad - Oily & didn't find any parmesan
Shrimp Appetizer - Served in sautee pan drowned in oil/butter - had to shake each piece off - edible, but kindof gross
Linguini Vongole - Probably the most disgusting thing I've even been served in a restaurant - Limp mushy linguine in a gluey clam sauce soup - like that stuff out of a can, but a whole lot worse. There was literally about 2 cups of I'm guessing sauce thickened with cornstarch for 1 cup of linguini mush - gag.
How does this place stay in business?
