I moved to Queens from California several months ago and have been craving authentic Vietnamese food. I was wondering if anyone knows of any restaurants or delis in the outer boroughs, or even in Manhattan, that serve any of the following Vietnamese specialties:
-Banh cuon--rice paper crepes filled with pork and mushrooms
-Pate chaud--puff pastry filled with seasoned meat
-Bo 8 mon--eight courses of beef
-Mi Quang--yellow broad noodles served with pork in a broth, specialty of Hue
-Com Phan--a fixed price menu with soup, main dishes, and vegetables
