Vietnamese in Herndon - Nyugen

Dennis Schulte | Jun 6, 2003 11:56 AM

I haven't yet hit Van's though it's coming soon with all the posts it gets. Does anyone know about Nyugen Deli, which is in the same center as Tortilla Factory? It's a nice place. The pho is good, it's a family run one off, and has a full menu on top of things. We've tried a hand full of dishes, such as a basil chicken, and all of it's good. Nothing to shout from the mountain, but certainly not a let down. Probably the biggest drawback (in a way) is the atmosphere, but it also lets you know it's a family business.

Two doors down is a Peruvian place, too. Great salsa. Outside of that I've had very little. However, it seems family run as well.

These are the places I feel we all should be supporting. If you're up for Pho in Herndon, I think Pho 75 has enough business. Try this one out next time.
