The below post about Vietnamese restaurants promoted me to post. I want to find a place in Manhattan or Brooklyn that has the best Vietnamese Noodle Sop.
Two weeks ago I was in Harrisurgh , PA visitng my brother. We all went to this popular indoor market place, where each vendor has space set up (Amish selling cheeses, a butcher, homeade chocolates etc.)
There was a tiny space with 2 Vietnamese people working the kitchen, and I had the BEST soup I have ever tasted.
We were given a HUGE bowl of beef noodle soup, topped with cilantro. The broth had the most intense, but soft flavor, nothing I have ever tasted before.
The people that used to own it sold the space and sold the recipe to the new owners, and they sell 1800 bowls a week.!
SO..where can I find this soup here? I want to know what's in it.
