I have enjoyed several meals at the old Sizzler in Albany, remade as a branch of Pho Ao Sen.
I will leave analysis of Pho to the experts. I prefer rice plates and bun, both of which are done very well here. The pork was freshly cooked and juicy on both dishes I tried. the vegetables were also freshly prepared. They have a chili/garlic condiment of the table that I really like too. Not many choices for vegetarians so I am keeping the 'sizzler' nickname. The space is huge, plus they have parking but it still gets so crowded at peak meal times that a line forms for seating. Closed Wednesday.
