Went to Vetri for the second time this past weekend and was once again blown away by the wonderful food. This time we ordered a pasta dish called Almond Tortellini with White Truffle Sauce - superb in every respect. Would love to try my hand at making this at home, but need some help in deconstructing the recipe. I believe the filling consists of ricotta, almonds and carnaroli rice, but not certain what else. Othern than white truffle oil, I'm not certain what else went into the sauce. Anyone have any ideas?
