Vermicelli bowls in Chinatown (Pho Hoa or Pasteur or other)?

I'm a big fan of vermicelli bowls, with the fresh sprouts, the mint, the fish sauce, the sriracha, the sweet grilled pork/beef/chicken/shrimp.
Coupled with fresh springrolls, this is a very satisfying and fairly healthy meal.

I've been partial to Pho Hoa for the past 2 years or so (one of the few national chains I prefer). But other than Pho Pasteur around the corner and the old Pasteur on Newbury, I haven't tried any other places.

So the question I pose... where in Chinatown (or Boston) is the best (price/quality/atmosphere) vermicelli bowl? Am I missing out?
