I just bought a bottle of Navarro's verjus ("non-fermented grape juice from unripe grapes") when I was up in the Anderson Valley last week. (Info about cooking w/verjus here-- http://www.navarrowine.com/verjus/ver... --and on some Chowhound boards.)
When I tasted it I thought it might be a great mixer--nicely acidic with a subtle grape/green apple flavors.
Do any Chowhounds out there have some verjus-based cocktail recipes to share?
