I'm happy to report that Veraci has opened their brick and mortar restaurant at 500 NW Market. We went last night. They are offering more choices then those found at the markets. The caesar was surprisingly good (although I was only able to get one bite of it from my wife). We took 2 pizzas for take out. The same as at the market, although I'm not convinced that wood-fired pizzas travels as well as other pizzas as they seem to lose some of the crispiness. They were still very good (better than anything I've found in Ballard) and would probably be better at the restaurant.
