Looking for a great vegeterian (or Buddhist) chinese place in Queens.
Vietnamese would be OK too. I've eaten tons on this cuisine in China, it uses tofu that's been molded as fish (with scales), chicken (with "skin" complete with feather holes), or beef in cubes or punded like in Mongolian Beef.
There must be some of these restaurants in Flushing, so please tell me your favorites, I'm headed out these this week and want to check out some great food.
