vegetarian/not shellfish seafood in puerto vallarta

shoelace | Mar 22, 2008 02:01 PM

I'll be down in the area at the end of may/beginning of june and am looking for places to eat that have vegetarian and non=shellfishe seafood, cooked well

I'm looking for a wide variety of places, possibilites for a good mexican brunch, places to quickly pick up takeout to take on tours during the day, palces to grab a lunch while hanging out on the malecon, somewhere to get takeout should i end up sunburnt and not wanna go out one night, and dinner places, both cheap and not so much.

Most important, the food shold be good, not americanized mexican, or mexicanized (is that a word?) american.

Please in your recomendations, be specific, name of place, approx where it is (ie this is in nuevo vallarta near paradise village, or this is between costa vida and mismaloyas) what i shoulod be ordering, and approx prices

Thanks in advance for all your help
