Vegetarian imperial rolls at Little Vietnam, 6th Avenue and Clement

Happened to be in the neighborhood and on a whim ordered a vermicelli bowl with imperial rolls instead of my usual reliable goi cuon. I did take-out so I couldn't ask the proprietor, but I think the rolls might have vegetarian, stuffed with tofu and tree ears. They were wonderful: freshly fried, very savory, served with Little Vietnam's sweet, light nuoc cham. You wouldn't miss the meat. I don't like eating tons of meat, and the porkiness of imperial rolls usually prevents me from ordering them. Anyone know if Little Vietnam's are indeed vegetarian? If no one answers I'll report back next time I'm there.
