Vegetarian feast at Buddhist monastery in Ukiah

(This is a repost of what's below in case you missed it.) In response to Millicent's query about good vegetarian food in Chinatown, the ever resourceful Yimster recommended the City of Ten Thousand Buddhas, a Buddhist monastery in Ukiah. What's 100+ miles when you're in search of good chow?

Ukiah is about 2 hours north of San Francisco or Berkeley; we could caravan up for a long day. I'll also try to arrange a local winery stop and perhaps squeeze in a taco truck on the way home.

August 31 or September 1

September 28 or 29
