Vegas: Need help on a few decisions

Hi - I'll be in Vegas for the last week of the year, including New Year's Eve.

We were planning on going to Origin India on our first night, but now I'm seeing a lot of mentions of Namaste. What are the relative pros and cons of each?

Has anyone been to Twist yet? I did a search, but saw only one brief mention by someone who ranked it ahead of Guy Savoy but behind Robuchon.

We're staying at the Trump, and I know there's no transportation on New Year's Eve, so I've booked both DJT and Bouchon. Any thoughts on which reservation to cancel? (I know Bouchon well, but I've never been to DJT.) Suggestions for other restaurants in that same area are welcome! (Not Bartolotta.)

Finally, I've double booked Michael Mina and American Fish (the new Michael Mina place at Aria). I've been to NobHill and Seablue, but never to Michael Mina. If anyone tries American Fish (I gather it opens tonight?) please let me know what you think of the place!

For lunch one day, I've booked Legasse's Stadium. I can't find any mention of that on here. Any comments on that?

So much food to choose from, so few days in Vegas!
