Vegan Milk Powder for Yeasted Breads

I am going to purchase either soy milk powder or rice milk powder (or other, if suggested) for baking. I do A LOT of yeast breads and I'm thinking that rice milk powder might be best at mimicking what milk powder does to breads because it is lower in fat--like the non-fat dry milk--but I just don't know.

Anyone have any experience with this?
