Hey Folks. Looking for cheap to mid-priced place that is vegetarian friendly (fish ok), generally healthy (will be dining with people who have cholesterol problems), and also have options without sugar or flour. I know, sounds like a pain! I see many Indian places recommended on previous posts, but I have a feeling that there is a good amount of cream/butter/sugar in their foods. But perhaps I am off-base. Any help? Will be around 50th on the east side but are willing to get around Manhattan.
