I was in Vancouver several years ago and am having trouble remembering the name of a Chinese restaurant I went to. I believe it was in downtown Vancouver.
The restaurant probably had at least 40 tables---reminded me of a cafeteria but no line or buffet---and very clean. The kitchen was open in full view, with probably at least 30 chefs. We had no waiter, just random waters and waitresses rushing by and you grabbed whoever was closest. I suppose it was Dim Sum style, but I don't really remember any carts. I also remember it being very good, fresh, and not greasy.
Anyone know the name of this Chinese restaurant?
PS---If you can also give me the name of any dynamite breakfast restaurants, both upscale and hole-in-the-wall, please do.
