...with the recent topic of potassium, I thought I'd post this link...you can find out the nutrition composition of pretty much any food at this link...if you put "banana" in the search box, it will bring up every possible way to get bananas, baby food to fresh, etc., so you have to do some fine-tuning, but you can find out a lot about foods here. There is also an interactive nutrition calculator on their main "food and nutrition" page if you go into usda.gov.
You can enter all you've eaten for the day and it will tell you what you've scrimped on or what you've overdone.
