There's a doughnut company (u9dc.com) serving a few varieties out of Tracey's at Magazine and Third on Saturday mornings from 8 until they run out. I was waiting for the bus and the guy came out and offered me a creme brulee one to taste. It was a regular glazed donugnut cut in half and filled with pastry cream, and the top had a crispy bruleed crust. It was very good. They also had chocolate ganache, strawberries and cream, and praline bacon flavors, but I didn't see any of those. A little pricey at $2-$3 per doughnut, but well-made and convenient if you're in the Irish Channel.
