My husband and I just moved to Dayton, OH from Washington, DC. All of the Dayton threads are pretty old. Can anyone give us a quick recap of the Dayton food scene?
I see that Anne Kearney just left Dayton (I'm a New Orleans native, so I've known of Anne for years - met her once when I was younger! - so I'm sad we just missed her!), and we've been to the Winds. Looks like Roost is still around, but anything new that is tasty? Looking for nice dinner options, great pizza, a robust farmer's market, any good ethnic food (Korean, sushi or poke, Indian, etc) and a really good bakery (more bread than desserts, but open to all!).
