Spoke yesterday afternoon to Melody Heinemann Dosch who is the owner of this soon to open cheese store across the street from Dupars. She was with the health inspector at the time getting her final sign-off, so the stress of that cut the time of the visit a bit.
But, she said she would be opening around Sept. 1, and will be carrying cheeses from around the world. Even Temecula, where she said a Dutch farmer makes a raw milk gouda that is out of this world!
