Ok, big soccer tourney this weekend. First game is at 10, next game isn't until 4. We are having a picnic potluck between games and I need a yummy side, and snack. Other people are bringing pasta salad, potato salad, chips, brownies, cookies, fruit etc... I'd like a side that's filling and delicious, but I don't feel like lugging two coolers around (it's supposed to be in the 80's and one will be stuffed with drinks.) 10 year old boys are supposed to be eating but they'll fill up on chips and desserts, so I'm not too concerned about pleasing them. Also if you have a nuticious snack that the boys would enjoy, that would be appreciated too. Was actually thinking about roasted chickpeas. I think they kind of taste like yummy corn nuts if done right. Any recipes?
