The best "unique" dish in L.A.

I'm talking about a menu item that is unique to a specific restaurant and that you'll be hard-pressed to find anywhere else. Not looking for things like the best cheese burger or best french toast, unless there's truly a unique spin to it. For example, here's mine:

The Monte Cristo Egg Rolls at North End Caffe in Manhattan Beach. They're wonderfully crispy, filled with succulent kahlua pork, ham, swiss cheese and served with a trio of sauces. They're not your standard egg roll size, either. They're more like mini-burritos. Awesome!
