Finally found it. Expensive shipping (most of the cost) and only in 500 ml bottles, but available from The Whiskey Exchange, London. This is the original, real thing, not the orange-flavored version that's ok, but not the same ("Zwack Liquer", available here and of course in Hungary). When we were in Budapest long ago, we had this every day and loved it. Missing from US suppliers that I scoured for a very long time, but finally able to get some direct from Europe. About USD$25, plus about USD$65 shipping. If you're a fan like I am of this extremely bitter but exceptional liqueur, it's worth it.
