We went to a up-scale chain restaurant which had a salmon dish at a $28 price. My spouse asked if they would cook the fish medium rare. No problem they said. It came raw. I mean more raw than seared ahi. She poked around to see if some portions were a little better cooked. No luck. She wisely sent it back. It was returned after being placed under the broiler. Now it was hacked up and over-cooked. My spouse was responsible for hacking it up.
It was my feeling that they should have re-fired a new piece of fish.
