Uncle Steve's-Naperville-New Owners-BAD

Stopped by Uncle Steve's for the first time in three weeks tonight. Noticed a young new couple in the place, and realized that although the owner had been talking about selling out, that my nightmare had finally come true.

After searching high and low for a pizza place that would cook my extra thin, extra crispy pizza with fresh mushrooms, spicy pepperoni and sweet italian sausage... I was suburban pizza heaven.

Now it's all gone. I hesitantly ordered my pizza tonight and grew wearier and wearier as the owners talked about expanding the menu, coming out with new specials, etc.

I implored them to make sure that my pizza was crispy. I went next door for a beer to settle myself, picked up my pizza and took it to the car. I opened the box, and half the pizza was literally white, flour on the crust and uncooked cheese, the other half had a golden brown color on the edges, but the cheese was white, and the middle of the pizza was completely soggy. Suffice to say I am starting a low carb regimen tomorrow and I really should thank Uncle Steve's New owners for making me feel sick thinking about pizza.

Horribe and sad.
