Ultrex Cookware

8 years ago I purchased a set of Ultrex Cookware. I have a glass cooktop and the bottoms are very flat. The company has gone out of business. There seem to be surface problems. I am not a big cook and so most of my pots and pans are in rather good condition, however I would like to get rid of them because of bad press. I have only had non stick pans for the last 100 years and everyone speaks so highly of All Clad. Are they tough to clean without a non stick surface? Any suggestions for a good flat product. I don't want le Cruset (too heavy).
