Ultra Cinnamon Swirl with Cream Cheese

elise h | Mar 14, 200411:48 AM

The Best Express Foods, Inc. bakery handed out samples of this bread at the San Francisco Costco 2 weeks ago. I wondered if the samples taste so good because you are typically hungry and they always butter the bread!

However, upon trying this bread at home without butter, I found it remarkably delicious. It is a denser bread, cut in thicker slices, moist (perhaps due to the cream cheese), and obviously rich. Even after keeping it in the refrigerator for 5 days, it still motivated me to get up in the morning. It is the best cinnamon bread I've ever had.

There were 2 other types, one with raisins and one with blueberries.

A 2 pound loaf was around $3.50.
