I'm planning on liberating these pears from the "free food" table at work. The brown spots are not soft and they are pretty tasty although perhaps better in a day or two.
I'm thinking of grilled cheese and pear sandwiches. What would you do with this bounty? Lest you fear I'm hogging these goodies, they've been out all day and I'm the only one to eat one - whereas the box of donuts is long gone.
