I bought a twelve-pound cooked ham on half price sale today. When I buy smoked pork, it's usually smoked picnic shoulder, which I prefer, but it was too good a deal to pass up at less than a dollar a pound.
I've put half of it through the food processor to chop it into slices, and froze the other half whole. I now need suggestions. Egg things, bean soup, minestrone... I need inspiration!
