I bought a bag of Healthy Scoop cereal. The ingredients are flax, oats, soy flour, brown rice syrup, and maple syrup. Tons of healthy isoflavones, omega-3, protein, and fiber. But its a little too health, i.e., it doesnt taste very good on its own. And it was expensive.
Id like to make it into a healthy oatmeal-type cookie. Maybe with some golden raisins. But Id rather not defeat the purpose by using a ton of butter. Its not flakey, but rather dense, chunky, and a bit sticky. I have about 12 oz.
