Turkish Cafe (Fulya) -- Queen Village, Philadelphia

This is a new incarnation of what has been several coffee shops at this location over the years (2nd and Monroe Streets). Cafe Fulya looks like it may be the most successful. Delicious coffee, including real Turkish coffee, pastries, and savory Middle-east type snacks. The coffee was excellent, the decor makes you feel like you're in the Mediterranean and the staff was friendly. They just opened so the counter staff is a bit slow, but the food and drink was worth it. Sit on the big leather couch by the open window, sip your coffee and read about Turkey in the travel brochures sitting on the coffee table. Somehow you might just feel like you were on vacation, however briefly.
