Organic turkey thighs were on clearance at the supermarket so I picked up 2 packages—each weighing a little under two pounds. Since I bought them on the 'use or freeze by' date, I froze them immediately.
I came across a thread from 2013 that suggested searing them in a cast iron skillet, then roasting in the oven, then deglazing the pan. I'm also open to doing a Mexican twist. I almost picked up a jar of mole sauce, but I had no clue how to use it.
So does anyone have any suggestions/recipes?
