i'm trying to make a big pot of soup but i do not know what i'm doing. my question is would the frozen turkey stock i have left over in the freezer from thanksgiving be good to use for the soup?
so far in the pot i bought and browned up some lamb, and threw in just about everything hangin around in the fridge like: a smoked ham hock, a bit of slab bacon, bay leaf, some curry powder and chinese five spice, sauteed onions, carrots, garlic and celery.
that was done yesterday (i also put some dried lentils in some water overnight)..... now i want to make it all into soup what exactly should i do???
