Thanks everyone for the wonderful recipes with goat cheese. I tried 1 today, and it was great (and it actually worked, unlike when I usually cook), so now I am getting adventurous (and really enjoying this board), and bought some turkey, pork and spinach ravoli. These are not normal ravoli; they are at least 4 times as big (not sure if that makes a difference). I usually just cook these with butter, but that is getting a bit boring. Any suggestions on a nice (and easy) sauce to go with it. I cannot eat garlic, so nothing that I cannot take the garlic out of and it will still taste good. Thanks.
