Just a turkey breast, to brine or not to brine?

Hello all,
I'm only cooking a couple of turkey breasts for christmas dinner this year. What's your suggestion on brinning a breast? Any luck with dry brine on a breast? Also any special flavors you like to put on a turkey breast? I'll do one with the reg. sage/butter/wine and am open for new flavors on the other one. TIA and Happy HOlidays!
