Turin ar Asti? Any thoughts?

BFoodie | Mar 21, 201801:18 PM     13

Turino or Asti? We will be traveling in early October and are undecided. We'll start our trip 10 day trip in Montefalco, Perugia and then Bologna and need to end near Malpensa. We're torn about the last leg of the trip. 3-4 nights total, love the mountains (and also Alto Adige), love Piedmont, Nebbiolo, truffles and have been south of Asti but never in Asti nor Turin. I know this casts a wide net but would love some help narrowing it down.

We don't mind driving. Our last trip was Malpensa, Lauterbrunen, Innsburck, Bresanone, Gudon, Castigliole d' Asti and back to Malpensa. It was a lot of driving but was an amazing and special trip. Thanks to Allende and PH the Piedmont portion of trip was extraordinary.
