So I'm making a pre-New Year's turducken in LA this year (made it for the first time in Berkeley last New Year's).
Can anyone recommend a good place to get in the LA area (ideally somewhere on the Westside):
20 to 25 lb (9 to 11 kg) fresh turkey
4 to 5 lb (2 to 21/4 kg) duck
3 to 4 lb (1 1/2 to 2 kg) chicken
And somewhere that will de-bone the backbone/rib cage for me?
