I'm in search of a recipe for this great soup I had last night. The spelling might be off and this might be why I am having trouble finding something on the internet. Anyone know what it is and how I can make it at home?
As a side note, it was paired with a great wine as well. It was a 2003 Pfaffenheim Tokay Pinot Gris. They went together beautifully. This wine would match most spicy dishes.
