Tomorrow I have a reservation to sit at the sushi bar at Tsuki. We plan to order omakase. I would like to request that the chef prepare eel. Is this acceptable. I am interested in having the freshest fish, not necessarily the most unusual, and sushi vs. sashimi. Is $50 per person enough (not including alcohol, tax or tip), or should we state another price? Any suggestions are most appreciated.
